Updated 2024: I heavily believe in creating a competitive environment that is rewarding, manageable, fun, and based on teamwork. My aim has always been to find solutions to problems whether big or small and to just not talk about problems. The goal for our practices is to make it so that coaches almost don't even have to be there after attendance, and that's what we have done.
