About me
Brian Murer, the Chair of the Indiana High School Hammer Association, discusses the mission of the IHSHA, the benefits and basic nuts and bolts of teaching the hammer throw to high school athletes. Murer is the head coach and founder of the Sycamore Farm Throwing Club and member of the IATCCC Hall of Fame.
